Expunction on mishandled fifty year old charge
When I was eighteen a charge was made and dropped and supposedly cleared off my record but it wasn't done correctly. For decades it would sometimes show up on background checks for jobs as kind of a blank without information which would still raise questions. I tried to get help from other lawyers but nothing happened. Mr. Kennedy took on the difficult task of getting an expunction for a charge not really there but there. It took some time but Mr. Kennedy never gave up. He was understanding, respectful, kind, determined and successful. For the first time in almost fifty years it is finally officially gone. I will always be grateful.
